Terms of Service
Last updated August 9, 2026.
Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Reclaim (“the App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
What Reclaim provides
Reclaim provides tools for Screen Time awareness, personal goals, protected sessions, app shielding, schedules, widgets, Live Activities, reflections, and related insights. Reclaim is a self-management tool. It is not medical care, mental-health treatment, or professional advice.
Your responsibility
- You choose which apps, categories, and websites to shield and when protection should run.
- You are responsible for keeping essential communication, health, safety, work, travel, and authentication apps available when needed.
- You must not use Reclaim to control another person’s device without their knowledge and authorization.
- You are responsible for your device, Apple Account, passcode, permissions, and any automations you enable.
No guaranteed outcome
Reclaim cannot guarantee that Screen Time will fall or that you will achieve any health, productivity, relationship, fitness, or wellbeing result. Insights describe available data and associations. They do not prove causation.
Subscriptions and billing
Some features require Reclaim Plus. Purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple Account.
- The App shows the current price, billing period, and any trial before you confirm a purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in Apple’s subscription settings.
- Trial eligibility, billing, refunds, taxes, and regional price presentation are governed by Apple’s terms and policies.
- Deleting Reclaim does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
System services and availability
Screen Time, Family Controls, Device Activity, Managed Settings, notifications, CloudKit, widgets, Control Center controls, Dynamic Island, and Live Activities depend on compatible Apple hardware, software, permissions, accounts, and services. Their behavior may change with iOS updates. Reclaim may be unavailable or limited when a system service is unavailable.
Your data
Your Reclaim history and preferences may be stored locally and, when available, synced through your private iCloud data. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple Account and backups. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Intellectual property
The App, website, illustrations, interface, text, software, and branding are owned by Sweet Little Apps or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, sell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or create a derivative commercial service from them except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reclaim is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with every device configuration.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sweet Little Apps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Reclaim, inability to access an app during protection, data loss, or reliance on an insight. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
We may update these Terms as Reclaim evolves. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
